Record requests can be submitted to the court using the form(s) below. Your request can be emailedl to 08RecordRequest@judicial.state.co.us, faxed to 970-494-3580 or mailed to the address below.
Record requests can also be submitted in person. The records department is located in the Larimer County Justice Center, Clerk of the Court office(Suite 201)

Filing Information (motions, orders, etc.)
Larimer County has courts in two separate locations and where the motion will be filed will depend upon the offense level and where the case was dispositioned.

Parking is available across the street to the East of the Justice Center on the corner of Mason and La Porte in the Civic Center Parking Structure. Please note that the only entrance to the Justice Center is located on the Southwest corner of the building at Civic Center Park.
